Order Changes and Cancellations
You can always change or cancel an order with a status of Pending. To view an order’s status, click on My Account in the online store and enter the order number and order confirmation number that was on the screen after the order was submitted. You can also find this information on the confirmation e-mail receipt. Be sure to proceed through the entire checkout process. You will receive a new Order Confirmation showing any changes you’ve entered or a Cancellation e-mail showing your order has been cancelled.
Your product will arrive in good condition.

We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you’re ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Contact Us section.

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment, not before. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.
