Muscle Pancakes

By, Brett Bauer   INGREDIENTS 1 Muscle Sandwich Bar 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein ½ Cup Oats dash of nutmeg ( for taste/optional) dash of cinnamon ( for taste/optional) 3 Large Egg Whites 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed 1 tsp baking powder   DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour batter onto preheated skillet and cook like regular pancakes!
