- 1 Muscle Sandwich Bar
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein
- ½ Cup Oats
- dash of nutmeg ( for taste/optional)
- dash of cinnamon ( for taste/optional)
- 3 Large Egg Whites
- 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour batter onto preheated skillet and cook like regular pancakes!
