INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Muscle Sandwich Bar
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • dash of nutmeg ( for taste/optional)
  • dash of cinnamon ( for taste/optional)
  • 3 Large Egg Whites
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour batter onto preheated skillet and cook like regular pancakes!
