INGREDIENTS: Water 1 Banana 1 Peanut Butter Muscle Sandwich 5 Strawberries 1 cup Ice 1 scoop chocolate protein powder DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients in blender for 2-3 min or until desired consistency. It’s simple and doesn’t get much better tasting than this! I actually crave this muscle shake when I just think about it, like RIGHT now! The Muscle Sandwiches are the secret ingredient to making it taste so great!!!!!!

Once filled, place pan in freezer for 20 minutes. Filling- simmer milk and salt in a saucepan. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, brown sugar, and flour. Whisk constantly, and slowly ladle in half of the hot milk over the egg mixture. Pour the mixture back into the remaining milk in the pan.
